Shipments and returns
We endeavour to get every product ordered from the artistsgiftgallery.ie website on it's way to you as soon as possible. In most cases the order will be dispatched between 1-3 days.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, or is made to order the dispatch may take up to a week as the artist or designer will be creating the product for you exclusively. If this is the case, or if there are any delays you will be notified by email. If this is inconvenient for the purpose of the order we will be happy to issue you with a refund. Please note that all items ordered will be delivered to the 'Shipping address' as specified when completing your order. All orders are sent via standard post. If you request to have your package sent via registered post please get in touch and we can arrange this at an extra cost issued by An Post. If you wish to track your order please contact us and we will send you a tracking number when possible.
Your merchandise is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence.
The Artists Gift Gallery is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied. A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due''.
Online Returns and Exchange Policies
If merchandise is returned, as sold, we are happy to refund within 14 days or Exchange within 28 days. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Deposits are available in store but not online. Please note that any information stated on this page refers to our ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Although the Artists Gift Gallery will ensure the utmost care has been taken to package your items, to ensure as safe delivery as possible, how the package will be handled when in the care of An Post is out of our control.
According to An Post policy, breakable items are not insurable. Therefore, in the unlikely event that any items may be damaged during transit, it will not be the responsibility of the Artists Gift Gallery.
